2. Products & Availability

All uniform products listed on our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors, stitching, and fabric texture may vary slightly due to screen display settings and production batches.

3. Ordering

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued if payment has been made.
• Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible. Please review your cart carefully before confirming.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed before orders are processed and dispatched. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, stock availability, and demand.
• We deliver within Qatar only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order.
• Prettylocker is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• The return request is made within the allowed period by contacting us directly.
• Customized or embroidered items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. School Uniform Policies

Products designated for specific schools are based on official uniform specifications provided by the respective institutions. Prettylocker is not responsible for any changes in school uniform policies after an order has been placed. We recommend confirming uniform requirements with the school before ordering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, images, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Prettylocker and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
